Burger Bros
Burgers and surprise Ramen!
Burger Bros opened in 2015 and hasn't changed a thing since, still hand-forming patties from imported beef every morning, never frozen. The blue cheese is the one that keeps people coming back. And the fries come with chunks of roasted garlic that most of Da Nang hasn't caught on to yet.
The An Thuong spot sits on a quiet side street near the beach. It's compact, food hits the table fast, and the whole operation runs like it's been doing this for years. Because it has.
The menu is short, which is usually a good sign. Double patty if you're properly hungry, a fish burger when you want something lighter. The buns are baked in-house and get a light toast before anything goes on top. Combos run about 190,000 VND.
If you fancy something a bit different, there's Ramen Nagisa upstairs. Order from your table and they'll bring it straight to you. The tsukemen dipping noodles are the one to try.
